Meet Baron! This beautiful 2 – 2.5 year-old boy somehow found himself in a kill shelter in Oklahoma but he’s safe now! His foster mom describes him a “still all puppy, sweet and strong”. He is learning some basic commands and how to be an inside dog. He is treat motivated which helps with his training. When he came into rescue, he didn’t know how to sit or walk on a leash. He’s a smart boy who learned sit quickly and is learning how to walk on a leash. He does well riding in the car and I being crated. He also seems to be house broken and loves to lean against you when getting some lovins. He can be a bit mouthy when playing and is strong, so a house with older kids would be best.

Baron is so far apprehensive when meeting new dogs and barks at them. This is not uncommon for dogs coming out of a shelter but it's too soon to tell if it will pass as gets more comfortable or it's part of his personaity. So far we're just going very slow with the doggy introductions.  We’ll continue to update his information as we learn more about Baron!
