GPMR does not have a shelter. All of our dogs are kept in loving foster homes. We must have a completed adoption application on file before meeting any of our mastiffs.
  
GPMR adopts to the states of Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, Louisiana and parts of Colorado. 
!!!Any mastiffs being adopted out of the state of Oklahoma require a health certificate to be paid for by the adopter!!!

Meet Roo! While we are primarily an English Mastiff Rescue, this sweet boy needed rescue and we could not turn him away. He was rescued from a shelter in TX where he was found as a stray and no one came to claim him. The vet estimates his age at about 1-2 yrs old. Roo is a very friendly and happy boy. He is in a foster home with kids of all ages and doing great. He plays well with his Mastiff foster sister and other medium to large dogs, but not recommended for home with cats or small dogs. True to his breed he likes to chase small animals. The only think we've found that Roo doesn't care for is going to the vet! We can't blame him for that though. Roo is in good health, he did test a very mild positive for heartworms and is receiving treatment for that. This boy is ready for his forever home!
