Welcome back Kimmy!
Kimmy is estimated to be 8 years old. She came into GPMR in 2013 emaciated and heartworm positive. We got her spayed, treated her heartworms and got her to a healthy weight by the time she was adopted. Kimmy was returned to GPMR due to medical issues she was having. She was diagnosed with Glaucoma in her left eye last year. Unfortunately the disease had progressed so much that the eye had to be removed. Her right eye is normal but she does need daily drops to keep it healthy. But that doesn't slow Kimmy down! She is very sweet and wants a lot of love and attention. Kimmy knows how to walk on a leash and is crate trained. She would do OK with a submissive male dog around the same size but she really prefers to have all of the attention to herself. She is not recommended for homes with small dogs or cats. Her weight is currently a little too healthy so she's now on a diet.  :)

Kimmy is being fostered in Mesquite, Texas
