Woodrow was rescued from an Oklahoma shelter.  The vet estimates him at about 4 years old.  It is obivous that this poor guy endured months of neglect.  He was infested with fleas, and as a result has a skin infection and hair loss.  His eyes were severely infected, and his front teeth are quite worn down, probably from chewing on things like rocks and wood.  He is emaciated and also heartworm positive. Despite this, he greets everyone with a wagging tail and is a sweet and friendly boy.  All this boy wants is to be loved - do you have room in your heart for him?

 

Woodrow has been diagnosed with an eye condition called Keratoconjunctivitis sicca KCS or "dry eye".  He will need to be on daily eye drops to prevent his eyes from getting infected again.  He is such a good boy and does not mind getting his drops!  He is a wonderful boy all around.
